RESEP SPICED HOT CHOCOLATE

Musim hujan gini enaknya diam di kamar, terus baca novel sambil minum cokelat panas.Sluuurp! Daripada cokelat panas instan, resep yang satu ini lebih enak sekaligus bisa bikin hangat badan, girls.

Kita butuh:

-       500 ml susu

-       6 sendok makan brown sugar

-       ½ batang kayu manis

-       ½ sendok teh pala

-       ¼ sendok teh bubuk cabai

-       ½ sendok teh ekstrak vanila

-       4 sendok makan bubuk cokelat

Cara membuat:

1.    Masukan semua bahan kecuali bubuk cokelat dan ekstrak vanila ke dalam panci.

2.    Aduk-aduk sampai gula larut, angkat dan tiriskan selama 20 menit.

3.    Masukan bubuk cokelat dan vanila ke dalam campuran bahan tadi.

4.    Panaskan kembali campuran cokelat panas tadi, pisahkan ke dalam dua gelas.

5.    Cokelat panas homemade siap menemani sore gerimis kita! Hi-hi.
